SWA Society was formed with a simple vision — to create a self-governed community where every resident feels at home. Since its registration (Reg. No: 123456789), the society has been managed democratically by an elected managing committee that meets regularly to discuss maintenance, finance, security and community events.
Our philosophy is rooted in the co-operative movement: each for all and all for each. Every member has a voice in decisions — from the annual budget to the colour of the lobby.
